The TalkOrigins Archive exists because many contributors treated the preservation of explanatory, evidentiary, and historical material as a public good. The Archive is not only a collection of pages. It is also the result of years of volunteer labor, editorial judgment, technical maintenance, and institutional support.

The legacy landing page carried a dedication in warm memory of Tero Sand and Bob Schadewald. That acknowledgement should remain visible as part of the Archive's identity rather than being lost inside an older layout.

The Archive also depends on a broader support structure: contributors who wrote and maintained explanatory material, administrators and editors who kept the site functioning, and the TalkOrigins Archive Foundation, which helps sustain the Archive as a durable public resource.

This page keeps those contributions visible and provides a stable place for later expansion as more institutional and contributor history is gathered.
